Bidsketch The Best Tool To Create Custom Proposals?

temp

So recently I have been looking for a tool that would allow me to make professional custom proposals to send out to my clients or potential clients. I was keeping my eye out for one and I saw a Facebook ad and it said Bidsketch. I was intrigued and read the description and it said “professional custom proposals!”

I clicked on it, checked out the website and was instantly a fan! Bidsketch is a place to create custom, yet professional proposals “in minutes.” One customer of Bidsketch says this: “Cut down my proposal time from 3 hours to 45 minutes! Plus it looks super profesh!” Their tagline: “Create professional client proposals in minutes! Not bad if you ask me given that most proposals I have ever made have taken over an hour to achieve. So they had my attention. I decided to check out the features to see what all this “hype” was all about. I will cover briefly the best points of each feature so you can get a clear perspective of why I chose Bidsketch as my professional proposal maker.

Easy Proposals

Cut proposal making time in half with reusable content! So you can create a proposal once and the content saves for easy accessing the next time you are ready to send out the same proposal to someone else! Not bad right?! Well that is just one of the many killer features Bidsketch has. Howbout having the ability to embed custom pictures or videos into your proposal? Pretty cool right?

Have you ever wondered where to start? How you can make it look professional but don’t know where to start? Best part about Bidsketch in my opinion is the pre made templates they have available to use! It also allows you to customize these templates with your own branded logo, images, and color scheme. Not only that but you can also export your newly created template to a PDF.

One of my favorite features that Bidsketch offers is the “Optional Fees.” You can make up to 32% more profit by upselling additional services and that is what Bidsketch allows you to do.
After you create your custom proposal, Bidsketch gives you a unique link that you can use to email to your prospect, making it easy for your prospect to view it online with the click of a button!

What is really exciting is that you are able to see when and if a prospect or client has viewed your proposal and if they have accepted it you can have a custom message delivered to you. See how long a client viewed your proposal, which email they came from, and whether they exported it to PDF!

My favorite part when it comes to saving time is the signature. How many times have you had to deal with sending a proposal only to wait days or a week for it to come back to you properly signed? Well with Bidsketch, they can now electronically sign saving you lots of time (Bidsketch is compliant with U.S. and international e-signature laws).

So how much does it cost?

That is the first thing I wanted to know after seeing how awesome the features of Bidsketch were! I knew it wouldn’t be dirt cheap because anything valuable always has a price that is worth its value. I knew it wouldn’t be too expensive because I know that Bidsketch wants to help a lot of people.

With any great company, there are always a few options suited for different needs. Likewise, Bidsketch offers 3 different proposal packages with the last and most expensive package being for agencies. Now if you are a Freelancer and have up to 25 clients per month than I suggest you go with their $19 per month Freelancer package. But let’s say you are a business owner who wants to produce unlimited proposals every month. Great news is its only $10 more than the Freelancer package at $29 per month! Not bad considering this is the best proposal creator I have seen out there.

After using Bidsketch for the first time, it saved me 45 minutes! I was able to create my first proposal in just 15 minutes! And the best part was the client I sent my proposal to read it the same night and signed the contract! So in a few hours the deal was sealed thanks to Bidsketch great features!

I highly recommend checking them out for yourself and considering Bidsketch as your place to create custom professional proposals in minutes!
